Executive Summary

M&M Engineering Consultants Ltd. is a design and build civil/structural engineering
consultancy firm established in 1996. We are the pioneers of the prestressed concrete industry
in Belize. We fabricate prestressed piles, double tees, tee beams, and concrete girders, integral
components in the construction of bridges, piers, seawalls, and buildings throughout Belize.
Our team of engineers provides bridge designs, design and build packages, and value
engineering on third-party designs. Our commitment to enhance the quality and aesthetics of
our nation’s infrastructure is evident in our projects, engineered to withstand seismic activity,
hurricane, and flooding.
In addition to bridges, M&M continues to dot Belize’s coastline with multi-story buildings,
with the highest standing at 120 feet in Belize City, which was constructed with our double tee
system. To fortify costal infrastructure, tourism investors are increasingly turning to our
prestressed, double tees and tee beams system for concrete piers, ensure resilience against
extreme weather conditions.
Another building system that is becoming increasingly popular is our tilt-up wall warehouse
system. These prefabricated walls allow immense distribution centres to be constructed within
a record time of a few months.
Our team is dedicated to ensuring that projects meet international building standards while
staying within the proposed schedules and delivering quality construction and cost savings.
